The thermostats send a signal of open to the actuators which will connect the power immediately. The valves will be turned off. Then the cool or hot water will run into the fan coil unit through the valve. When room temperature reaches the set-point, thermostats transfer a signal to actuator to cut off the power and the valves will be closed (spring return). Low or Line Voltage Model Available
